This temple is dedicated to Lord Shri Guru Saibaba. Here, Saibaba is mainly worshipped as Shiva. Devotees of Saibaba believe that he is an incarnation of all gods and trimurthis, so all festivals are celebrated here. Some of the important festivals celebrated here are Ratha Saptami (on this day, Baba appeared on the rock), Ugadi, Shiva Raatri, Datta Jayanti, Deepavali, Vaikunta Ekadashi, Shree Rama Navami, Hanuma Jayanti, and Dasara/Mahasamadhi Day.
The temple consists of the original Saibaba udbava murti on the small hill rock and a Saibaba murti (white). Devotees can touch the feet of the Saibaba murti (white) irrespective of caste, religion, colour, or creed and obtain the blessings of Shri Guru Saibaba. This temple is very powerful for spiritual progress and advancement.
The temple also has a Dhuni, which refers to the sacred fire that is continuously burning. Devotees believe that the ashes from the Dhuni have healing properties and can bring good fortune. Many devotees also offer wood to the Dhuni as a form of gratitude and devotion. The temple has a unique Dattatreya vruksha or Audumbara Tree, and devotees believe that Trimurthis (Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshwara) or Lord Dattatreya is living inside the Audumbara Tree.
